Born in Paris, Fouad studied finance at the Ecole Supérieure de la Banque, where he graduated with an European diploma. He will also develop his leadership there during his studies, by creating numerous projects around cultural, sporting and associative events.

He was an executive in finance for 8 years for the largest banking groups in Paris. There, he will use his certain skills in negotiation, analysis and communication. Which has also led him to expand an important business network.

Also an entrepreneur, he created Recrulink France in 2020, an innovative recruitment platform, as well as Immigaction in 2021, an administrative agency for immigration to Canada, with his associates. He takes advantage of his fluency in 5 different languages ​​to develop his activity and his international network and thus promote exchanges all over the world.
