Born in Comoros, Ibrahim Abdoulhouda arrived in Quebec in 2009. He discovered a passion for negotiation and business development. Unifying by nature and a good manager, he then worked in the event industry. Subsequently, he worked in business development in banking and finance.

This last experience led him on an entrepreneurial adventure materialized by the creation of a family business specializing in loans to individuals, which currently operates independently.

Driven by his lively and creative mind, Ibrahim decided to create a service based on his talents and skills. TBC Consulting, a company offering trading, market research and business-to-business intermediation services, was born.
Concerned by the workforce crisis hitting Quebec with full force, Ibrahim decided to make his contribution to help solve this problem affecting local businesses.

Indeed, the crisis is jeopardizing the economic viability of certain economic sectors. The Recrulink project aims to create bridges between employers and job seekers, from here and elsewhere, in order to maintain the added value created by several Quebec and Canadian sectors.
